3. Product Descriptions
3.1 Accuracy
We strive to present our products as accurately as possible. However, due to the natural and handcrafted nature of our salt, variations in color, crystal size, and moisture content may occur between batches. These variations are inherent characteristics of traditionally harvested salt and do not constitute defects.
3.2 Protected Geographical Indication (IGP)
Our Sel de Guérande and Fleur de Sel de Guérande products are certified under the European Protected Geographical Indication (IGP) scheme. This certification guarantees that the salt was harvested within the designated Guérande basin according to traditional methods.
3.3 Availability
Salt harvesting is subject to weather conditions. Annual yields vary significantly based on summer temperatures, wind patterns, and rainfall. We reserve the right to limit order quantities during periods of low yield to ensure fair allocation across our customers.

For wholesale and professional orders, you must submit an inquiry through our website or by contacting us directly. Inquiries are reviewed by our cellar master and do not constitute binding orders.
